The crazy thing was that another couple arrived at the same time as us, also with a baby, and said they called the restaurant as well to confirm they could bring in their child. All the staff rudely told us we were not allowed in even though we said we had called to confirm. We asked to speak to a manager and she behaved in the same way. They were very smug and rude in their interaction with us. We arrived on the 22nd of August in the afternoon, and the two staff at the front said we weren’t allowed in. We called twice to be on the safe side and both times the staff on the other end confirmed that we were able to bring in our baby. The day prior we called the the restaurant and casino to confirm we could bring our baby. I would definitely recommend this buffet on Pan-American night.On the afternoon of August 22nd, my husband and I planned to have lunch at the casino buffet. I'm generally not a big eater and rarely eat at buffets because for me it's not worth the price for the little I eat, but when the quality is good and there is a lot of variety it's worth it. Pop, tea and coffee was included in the price. There were a lot of dipping options for the fountain and many kinds of cookies, squares and pies etc. The feature on the dessert bar was the chocolate fountain. There was also fresh made sushi and dim sum. They had both won ton soup ( good) and pho which no one tried. The tempura dipped veggies were really good. There were plenty of meat options, from fish to pork to beef and chicken. There was one variety of rice mixed with veggies and shrimp and one noodle option.

The salad greens were crisp and cold and there were lots of topping options. There was a good variety of salads on the salad bar and everything we tried tasted fresh and was delicious. Our server was attentive and brought us our drink order quickly. We were warmly greeted by the hostess who sat us right away. The restaurant itself was beautifully set up and well laid out. We had a great buffet dinner last night at the Grey Eagle.
